Pacific Coast Roofing specializes in quality re-roofing services for residential and commercial building and we already have over 10,000 sturdy roofs located in the Tri-County Area. 

Residential: homes have been re-roofed from Miami to Ft.Pierce.  We take great pride in our work and maintain stringent workmanship standards, as well as, stringent roof design specifications.

Our Business

Roof design and installation depends on numerous variables; however, a basic roof design includes multiple layers of fiberglass felt membranes interwoven with hot mopping asphalt or modified bitumen.  Joe and John are available to discuss and advise you on your particular roofing needs.

After installation, we guarantee our roofs against water penetration.   For additional comfort, PCR has an aggressive roof maintenance program that increases the longevity of roofs well past their minimum life expectancy.

Pacific Coast Roofing has a long roofing history with quality as its trademark. We design our roofs for longevity and install them accordingly.  The Brothers have a strong clientele base which recommends us often because of their confidence in our abilities.

Who We Are

Titus Brothers Roofing Company (TBR) was established in 1947 by Jerry Titus, Sr.  Upon his retirement in 1978, his sons Joe, John & Emery became partners in the business.  The brothers have a combined total of seventy-six (76) years of experience in the roofing industry with Joe holding the contractor’s license certified by the State of Florida.  After Jerry Sr. and then Emery passing away the company was reconstructed as Pacific Coast Roofing.
